If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
RFID Stock Pro provides:
RFID software solutions
RFID hardware devices and accessories
System integration, deployment, and consulting services
Demo bookings, evaluation environments, and pilot projects
Specific terms for software licensing, hardware deployment, and service engagements may be provided in separate agreements.
To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities conducted under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
RFID Stock Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Demo bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• RFID Stock Pro may provide a two (2) month free trial period for evaluation purposes, beginning from the agreed activation date.
• Proposals, quotes, and project scopes must be accepted in writing before work begins.
• Project work (software deployment, integration, customization) is governed by the specific service agreement signed by both parties.
All deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be outlined in the applicable contract.
Software Usage
Software provided by RFID Stock Pro is licensed, not sold. Unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement:
You may use the software for your internal business purposes only
Licenses are non-transferable without written consent
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software
Hardware Usage
Hardware products are provided for intended RFID operations only.
RFID Stock Pro is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and technology used or provided by RFID Stock Pro are the exclusive property of RFID Stock Pro or its licensors.
You may not use any trademarks or intellectual property without prior written permission.
• Fees for software, hardware, implementation, and services will be detailed in your proposal or invoice.
• Payments are due according to the terms specified in the applicable agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services.
All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a written agreement.
Your use of personal data and information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using RFID Stock Pro, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RFID Stock Pro provides services and products “as is” without warranty of fitness, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted operations.
We disclaim all implied warranties unless expressly provided in a separate agreement.
Specific hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer or defined in your project contract.
RFID Stock Pro, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
Damages arising out of unauthorized access or misuse
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RFID Stock Pro and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Claims of third parties related to your business operations
RFID Stock Pro may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, provided written notice is given where required by law.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations
RFID Stock Pro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of RFID Stock Pro’s registered business address (to be specified).
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
