1. Policy Overview

RFID Stock Pro provides RFID software, hardware, and professional services through consultation, demo booking, and customized project engagement.

As we do not operate a direct online store, all purchases are finalized after customer approval, scope confirmation, and commercial agreement.

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled across hardware, software, and services.

2. Demo & Pre-Sales Engagement

• Demo bookings are free unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Demos are conducted to validate suitability before purchase

• No payment obligation exists until a formal proposal or agreement is accepted

Once a proposal is approved and work begins, standard return rules apply as outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Returns (Hardware Only)

Hardware returns may be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery

• Hardware is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact

• No physical damage, modification, or configuration has occurred

All return requests require prior written approval from RFID Stock Pro.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Software licenses once activated

• Cloud subscriptions after account provisioning

• Customized or encoded RFID tags

• Project-based implementation services

• Professional services, training, or consulting

• Hardware already installed, configured, or deployed

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

• Returned items are inspected upon receipt

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Refund timelines depend on banking and payment providers

Refunds apply only to eligible hardware and exclude shipping, installation, and service fees.

6. Project Cancellations

For confirmed projects:

• Cancellations before work commencement may be eligible for partial refunds

• Once implementation, configuration, or development begins, payments are non-refundable

• Any completed work or delivered materials will be billed accordingly

Specific cancellation terms may also be defined in your commercial agreement.

7. Shipping & Return Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• RFID Stock Pro recommends insured and trackable shipping

• Risk of loss remains with the customer until received and verified

8. Exchanges & Replacements

Hardware replacements are offered only if:

• The product is defective upon arrival

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

• The issue is confirmed by RFID Stock Pro technical support

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

9. Warranty

All RFID hardware is covered under manufacturer or project-specific warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
